Life On Our Floor
Step inside either of our Toronto facilities and you’ll find over 150,000 square feet of working plant — 19 blown film extrusion lines, 35 high-speed bag converting machines, and the kind of round-the-clock activity you’d expect from a manufacturer that’s been at this since the 1980s.
It’s hands-on, physical work that runs on precision as much as muscle. Tolerances matter. Safety protocols aren’t optional. And because we manufacture for food, healthcare, and industrial clients with strict compliance standards, doing things by the book isn’t a suggestion — it’s the standard everyone here holds each other to.
It’s also a place with rhythm. Production teams, quality techs, and shift supervisors aren’t siloed from each other; the people running the machines and the people testing the output talk to each other constantly, because that’s how a 98%+ fill rate gets maintained, week after week.
